Mayor Harrell join civic, business and community members to celebrate the Spark Block along Third Avenue, a key component of Mayor Bruce Harrell’s Downtown Activation Plan. The event will showcase the newly installed festive lighting between Stewart and Virginia Streets, transforming Third Avenue into an inviting, vibrant corridor for Seattle residents, workers, and visitors. Additionally, attendees will experience colorful murals and retail activations that further enhance the area’s energy and appeal.
