Historic Camp Long in West Seattle is a public park dating to the 1930s that’s long been a source of good memories for Seattleites young and old. When its ornate lodge was damaged by an arson fire in late 2024, there were concerns the structure might not be able to be saved. That’s when Seattle Department of Parks and Recreation stepped in.
