Seattle is facing a deficit of more than $240 million in a rapidly fluctuating economy. So how is the Seattle City Council preparing for its budget process this fall, and how much will continuing federal cuts and tariffs impact the city's economic outlook? Host Brian Callanan is talking with the council's budget chair, Dan Strauss, and the chair of the council's new committee on federal policy, Alexis Mercedes Rinck, to get some answers. Plus, we'll hear the councilmembers respond to an investigation into widespread sexual harassment and drinking on the job at Seattle City Light, the fallout from a contentious council decision to build housing in SODO, and more, on City Inside/Out: Council Edition!
