Dan Eder is sworn in as director of the City Budget Office. Eder has served as interim director since the middle of 2024 and has worked for the City of Seattle since 2008. The City Budget Office leverages economic forecasts, monitors spending, and supports the Mayor to build a balanced budget depending on available resources and projected costs.
